Plots within Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation limits are approved by GHMC. Plots in the wider metropolitan region usually fall under HMDA or the local municipality.

Timelines
Online applications are processed through TS-bPASS. Simple residential plans can be approved quickly; larger buildings take longer and may need additional NOCs.
